We provide free shipping on all our orders within India with no minimum amount limits.

Tracking your order:-

We prepare and dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched the AWB number (an unique order tracking number) and the tracking link will be sent on you registered email. You will be easily able to track your order online using the above details.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns:-

We accept return of products with no questions asked and provide a full refund if the product is returned within 7 days of accepting the product delivery. Just let us know and we will schedule a return pickup for you.

Please make sure the product is unopened, must be in original packaging and condition and unused. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase with the return shipment.

Here is how the return process works:-

Once you handover the order with the product(s) in original packaging and condition with the receipt, We will confirm as soon as we receive it. You can also send us an Email on skgjaipur@gmail.com or a message on WhatsApp on +91 7014884186 mentioning "Return of Order" Please mention the name(s) of the product(s) you are returning, your reason for returning (for feedback and service improvement purposes).

We will notify you as soon as we receive the product(s) back.

Once we have received the product(s), we will inspect that it is in proper condition and notify you on the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved you can either exchange the product(s) with another product(s) of same or higher price (paying the difference in price) or you can avail a full refund. In case of full refund we will initiate it immediately to your credit card (or original method of payment) and it will reflect in your account as per the time taken by your credit/debit issuing Bank policies.
